The Wildly Popular Mental Health Podcast’s First-Ever Live Event Will Dive Into Navigating Social Media and Engaging in Digital Spaces

WHAT: iHeartPodcasts and “Therapy For Black Girls” today announced Healing in Real Time: A Live Podcast Event. Host and Licensed Psychologist Dr. Joy Harden Bradford will be joined by friends of the show Drs. Ayanna Abrams and Joy Beckwith, affectionately known as her “group chat,” and a surprise special guest for a night of wide-ranging, in-depth conversations about oversharing on social media, setting and maintaining boundaries in a hyper-connected world and what it means to heal in real time. Tickets start at $20 and can be purchased at therapyforblackgirls.com/liveshow. Fans can use the pre-sale code ‘THERAPY’ when purchasing tickets. 

WHO: Dr. Joy Harden Bradford is a Licensed Psychologist, Speaker, Founder & CEO of Therapy for Black Girls and host of its wildly popular mental health podcast. She’s also the author of “Sisterhood Heals: The Transformative Power of Healing Community.” Her work focuses on making mental health topics more relevant and accessible for Black women and she specializes in creating spaces for them to have fuller and healthier relationships with themselves and others.
