NEW YORK – September 9, 2025 – iHeartPodcasts and Glass Podcasts, a division of Glass Entertainment Group, today announced the launch of their latest original series, "Curse of: America’s Next Top Model," an unflinching, behind-the-scenes look at one of the most iconic — and problematic — reality shows in television history. Hosted by award-winning producer and storyteller Bridget Armstrong, the series premieres September 16, 2025 on the iHeartRadio app and everywhere podcasts are heard.
For 24 seasons, America’s Next Top Model (ANTM) dominated pop culture — introducing catchphrases like “smize,” generating unforgettable viral moments, and drawing millions of viewers each week. But behind the runway lights and CoverGirl commercials was a darker story: contestants who say they were manipulated, contracts that stripped away their rights, and promises of fame and fortune that rarely materialized.
In "Curse of: America’s Next Top Model," Armstrong goes beyond the memes to uncover the untold stories from the models, producers, and insiders who lived it. From Tyra Banks’ infamous “We were all rooting for you” explosion, to first-cycle winner Adrianne Curry revealing she never received her promised Revlon contract, to the shocking allegations surrounding All-Stars winner Angelea Preston’s revoked crown, the series exposes what the show delivered to audiences — and what it cost its contestants.
Featuring never-before-heard interviews, archival audio, and reporting that spans the full history of the ANTM franchise, "Curse of: America’s Next Top Model" is both a nostalgic throwback and a hard-hitting investigation into the hidden costs of reality television’s golden age.
"The Curse of: America’s Next Top Model" is distributed by iHeartPodcasts and premieres September 16, 2025, with new episodes released every Tuesday on the iHeartRadio app and all major podcast platforms.
