New York, NY – December 18, 2014 – iHeartMedia announced today that Sharon Dastur will join its National Programming Platforms team as Senior Vice President of Programming Integration, effective Jan. 5.   Dastur most recently served as Program Director for the world-famous Z100, New York's No. 1 Hit Music Station, and Program Director for Nick Radio, Nickelodeon's exclusive digital only station on iHeartRadio.

In her newly created position, Dastur will use her years of industry experience to create cutting-edge programs that leverage the company's assets for brands and partners and will assist with the program execution with artist, managers and labels.  In this role, she will develop cross promotion partnerships between label groups and agencies, and in addition she will work with in-market programmers, lending her knowledge and ability to help refine current programs and initiatives.  She will also work together with the Artist Relations team on booking and talent negotiations for all iHeartRadio national events and industry events.

New York, NY – November 24, 2014 – The first-ever iHeartRadio Fiesta Latina Presented by Sprint, featuring Latin music's biggest superstars, came to a close Saturday night following an evening jam packed with star-studded performances.  The event, which brought the power and unforgettable performances of the iHeartRadio Music Festival to Latin music, featured live performances by the biggest names in Latin music: Ricky Martin, Pitbull, J. Balvin, Becky G, Roberto Tapia, Alejandra Guzmán, Prince Royce, La Original Banda El Limón with special guest appearances by Voz A Voz, Daddy Yankee, Jesse & Joy to the Forum in Los Angeles. The iHeartRadio Fiesta Latina also included special guest presenters Chiquis Rivera, Oscar de la Hoya, Christina Milian and Selenis Leyva and Dascha Polanco of "Orange is the New Black," as well as iHeartMedia personalities Ryan Seacrest, Mario Lopez and El Mandril.

The inaugural event kicked off Saturday afternoon with "iHeartRadio Fiesta Latina La Villita, Presented by Chase," the official FREE pre-event featuring performances by Becky G, Voz a Voz and Taboo from The Black Eyed Peas as well as live sets by iHeartRadio's Prostyle.  The afternoon event featured food trucks, many partner activations with ways to win tickets to the evening show, exciting artist experiences and more.

Straight from the Forum in Los Angeles, the magic of iHeartRadio came to Latin music with an extraordinary lineup that included the following highlights:

Ricky Martin opened the show and was spotted backstage before his performance catching up with Mario Lopez about his kids
La Original Banda El Limón did a special performance of "El Mejor Perfume" with Voz a Voz
Daddy Yankee opened his sets with his hit song "Gasolina"
Prince Royce made the crowd swoon as he threw red roses into the audience during his performance of "Darte un Beso"
Prince Royce hosted a private meet-and-greet with two Make-A-Wish families, spending time with them backstage in his dressing room. The families were also able to spend time backstage during Becky G’s performance at the iHeartRadio Fiesta Latina La Villita
Pitbull closed the show with an over-the-top performance of some of his biggest hits, including "Give Me Everything Tonight" and his new hot single "Fireball"

Together, Swift and Diet Coke will take over every Premiere Networks-syndicated CHR (Contemporary Hit Radio) show and its digital platforms during the week of Taylor’s album launch.
 
Swift will kick off the week by guest-hosting American Top 40 on October 25 and 26 and being featured on Direct From Hollywood with Ryan Seacrest on October 27. She will also appear as a special guest during On with Mario Lopez on October 29.
 
On October 30, Diet Coke will present Swift co-hosting On Air with Ryan Seacrest for the show’s entire four-hour broadcast live from New York City, sharing exclusive details about 1989. This will be the first time an artist co-hosts the entire radio program, as well as the first time the full show is presented by a single brand. To bring fans closer to the experience, Diet Coke is hosting the Ultimate 1989 Fan Party LIVE from iHeartRadio’s NYC studios during the broadcast.

Adding to the excitement, Swift will appear as a special in-studio guest on Elvis Duran and The Morning Show, and be featured on The Kane Show and appear as a special guest on The Johnjay & Rich Show on October 31. Then to round out the week, Swift will guest-host iHeartRadio Countdown with Romeo and be a featured guest on iHeartRadio Countdown with Mario Lopez and Weekend Top 30 with Hollywood Hamilton on November 1 and 2.  In addition, Swift will appear as a special guest on Saturday Night Online Live with Romeo on November 1 and appear as a special guest on Club Kane on November 2.

During the Ultimate 1989 Fan Party LIVE on October 30, audience members will have the chance to win exclusive Swift and Diet Coke merchandise. They also will be able to celebrate the 1989 album launch via a live feed to Clear Channel Outdoor’s billboard in Times Square, which will be taken over by Swift and Diet Coke branding between 9:00 a.m. and 1:00 p.m. ET. A photo booth in Times Square will allow Swift fans to join in the excitement and project their photos on the massive digital screen.
 
Earlier this month, Diet Coke partnered with Swift on a new TV spot for the brand’s “Get A Taste” campaign. The integrated campaign celebrates fans’ unwavering love for the delicious taste of Diet Coke. In the spot, “Kittens,” Swift finds the great taste of Diet Coke making her day a bit brighter and a whole lot cuter with some furry friends, including her newest feline addition, Olivia Benson.
