NEW YORK – February 17, 2026 – My Cultura, iHeartMedia’s podcast network dedicated to elevating Latino voices and stories, and Hyphenate Media Group today announced four new original podcasts launching in 2026, executive produced by award-winning actress, producer, and director Eva Longoria. The first show to launch will be “Bleep! With Ana Navarro,” a weekly culture and politics podcast hosted by "The View” co-host and CNN senior political commentator, premiering February 23. Fans can listen to the official trailer for the show now, here.
“We’re living in a moment when speaking up feels harder than ever, which is exactly why we have to do it anyway! I’m excited to have a new space to dive deep into the forces shaping our lives — politics, culture, and power — in a way that's honest, raw, and yes, totally un-bleeped,” said Navarro. “I’m proud to partner with my friends at Hyphenate Media Group, My Cultura, and iHeartMedia to cut through the noise, call out the bleeping nonsense, and have the conversations that some folks would rather we avoid.”
Other shows launching throughout the year will include business, entrepreneurship and self-improvement show “Against All Odds with Yris Palmer;” relationships, self-improvement and mental health show “How Hard Can It Be?” hosted by Diana Maria Riva;” and “Who Made You,” an interview show hosted by Eva Longoria.
“We're thrilled to continue growing My Cultura's partnership with Eva and the team at Hyphenate Media Group through this exciting slate of new podcasts that amplify Latino voices,“ said Leo Gomez, head of iHeartMedia’s My Cultura Podcast Network. “Our shared commitment to telling authentic and diverse stories makes our collaborations feel seamless, and we’re looking forward to sharing these shows with audiences worldwide.”
Last June, it was announced that Hyphenate Media Group - the studio Longoria co-founded in partnership with industry leader Cris Abrego, who serves as the group’s CEO - acquired an equity share in iHeartMedia’s My Cultura and is represented on its Board of Advisors. This new podcast lineup announcement underscores Longoria’s and Hyphenate's commitment to the growth of the My Cultura Podcast Network.
“This slate reflects the cultural relevance, creative ambition and audience engagement that drive meaningful influence across platforms,” said Longoria. “At Hyphenate Media Group, we’re committed to investing in exceptional talent and building the partnerships that support their growth. Our collaboration with iHeartMedia and the My Cultura Podcast Network gives these creators the platform and scale to deepen their impact and strengthen their connection with audiences.”
More information on the new co-produced My Cultura and Hyphenate Media slate of shows follows:
- “Bleep! with Ana Navarro” – Launching February 23 (weekly)
Fear thrives in silence and confusion. Emmy-nominated co-host of “The View” and CNN senior political commentator Ana Navarro rejects both: her iconoclastic voice is an antidote to today’s chaos. “Bleep! with Ana Navarro” will take on the most pressing issues alongside the decision-makers, political leaders, cultural creators, and real people on the frontlines of the biggest stories.
While this audacious new show will acknowledge the deep emotions we all feel, listeners will emerge with new knowledge, fresh perspective, and hope. Through it all, Ana brings her trademark irreverence and infectious energy, proving that the best way to survive the madness is to laugh right in its face.
Ana's belief is simple: fearless conversation can transform fear into courage, and courage into change. In other words, “Bleep it!”

- “Against All Odds with Yris Palmer” – Launching late March (weekly)
What does it take to rewrite your story when the odds are stacked against you? “Against All Odds” is a podcast that will amplify the voices of those who defied expectations, shattered barriers and broke generational patterns. Hosted by Yris Palmer, former celebrity lash tech, an entrepreneur, investor and a child of immigrant parents who forged a path to success against all obstacles, this show will dive deep into the resilience, grit and mindset of individuals who refused to be defined by their circumstances.
Each episode will feature raw, inspiring conversations with entrepreneurs, creatives and change-makers who turned struggle into strength. For those who ever felt like the underdog, this podcast is proof that the impossible is within reach.
- “How Hard Can It Be?” – Launching early May (weekly)
Diana Maria Riva (Dead to Me, Gordita Chronicles) will host a weekly podcast for GenX women navigating midlife’s most fantastic bullsh*t. Through laughs, tears or tears of laughter, Diana will invite her squads from Ohio to Hollywood for some real talk on being the boss, the empty nester and the caretaker, all while battling night sweats AND being the linchpins of society. From the FUPA to the hot flash, it’s time for women to have unpolished, unfiltered conversations about the midlife roller coaster. With all the changes, surprises and WTFs, fans will join Diana and her celebrity guests, experts and allies as they tackle everything in the second act of life, love, sex and society, always asking… How hard can it be?
- “Who Made You with Eva Longoria” – Launching Fall 2026
“Who Made You” is an intimate, inspiring and revelatory new podcast hosted by Eva Longoria. In each episode, Eva will sit down with some of the biggest names in film and television, who open up about the people, places and pivotal moments that have shaped who they are today.
From childhood mentors and unsung heroes to game-changing setbacks and breakthrough opportunities, “Who Made You” will be a celebration of legacy, community and the personal stories behind very public success. Launching during Hispanic Heritage Month, the series will shine a light on the stars that are shaping our culture while honoring a simple universal truth: no one gets where they are alone.
All shows in the new My Cultura/Hyphenate lineup will be distributed by iHeartPodcasts and available on the iHeartRadio app and everywhere podcasts are heard.

WHAT: iHeartPodcasts, the no. 1 podcast publisher according to Podtrac and Audiation, has announced “DJ Hesta Prynn's Music is Therapy,” a new original podcast series explore the link between music and mental health, and offer listeners actionable strategies to improve their lives.
Led by NYC-based DJ and licensed therapist, Julie Slavin (aka DJ Hesta Prynn), Music is Therapy is an innovative, engaging, fun, and inspiring podcast that will give listeners the unique opportunity to use music as a cheat code to change how they think, feel, and embrace life.
“Research shows it takes 400 repetitions of a new thought or behavior to form a new neural pathway – anyone who’s ever tried to make a significant change in their life knows how hard that is,” said Slavin. “However, studies also show that when pairing play with a new thought or behavior, the number of required repetitions drops significantly. For adults, play is music and movement. I’m excited to launch this how in partnership with iHeartPodcasts and look forward to leveraging their massive scale and reach to improve the lives of music lovers everywhere.”
Over the course of the 52 episodes, Slavin will speak with leading voices in entertainment, music and wellness, and pair each episode with a bespoke playlist that will help listeners “rewire their brains” to improve their lives. Guests will include Questlove, Devi Brown, Dan Savage and more. In the series, she will talk with top wellness experts across her personal “12 Areas of Life” – her personal wellness framework – to give the audience actionable takeaways. Listeners will learn to set the intention — new job, new relationship, whatever the goal is — use the wisdom from the experts, and pair it with a song to hardwire it into their brain.
The series kicks off with January's theme: money. After a solo debut episode introducing her groundbreaking approach and the story of how a Jay-Z changed her net worth, listeners can expect expert insights from financial leaders Jean Chatzky, Kate Northrup, and New York Times journalist David Gelles about money identity and the songs that wire you for financial success.

iHeartPodcasts and Paris Hilton’s 11:11 Media Announce New True Crime Limited Series “My Friend Daisy”
Executive Produced by Paris Hilton, the Investigative Podcast Chronicles the Murder of Daisy De La O and the Viral TikTok Manhunt That Helped Catch a Killer
Listen to the “My Friend Daisy” trailer now, HERE
NEW YORK – March 19, 2025 – iHeartPodcasts, the No. 1 podcast publisher globally according to Podtrac, and London Audio, the audio division of Paris Hilton’s next-gen media company 11:11 Media, today announced the launch of “My Friend Daisy,” the latest show as part of their ongoing partnership with iHeartMedia. This gripping new true-crime limited-series investigates the murder of 19-year-old Daisy De La O and the extraordinary role TikTok played in tracking down her killer.
Executive produced by Paris Hilton, the ten-part series is written and hosted by award-winning journalist Jenn Swann. The first episodes will debut on March 26, with new episodes released weekly on Wednesdays. Fans can listen to the official podcast trailer now, HERE.
“My Friend Daisy” delves deep into the 2021 murder of De La O outside her Compton apartment. When authorities had yet to make an arrest, Daisy’s friends and family took matters into their own hands, turning to social media to raise awareness. Their efforts ultimately ignited an international manhunt, rallying amateur detectives to do something radical: help catch a killer. “My Friend Daisy” dives deep into the investigation and its fallout, exposing what went wrong, how it went viral and why communities are increasingly turning to social media to find justice.
"I'm always looking for ways to shine a light on important stories, and when I first read Daisy De La O’s story by Jenn Swann on The Cut, I was heartbroken by what she endured—but also deeply moved by the way her community came together using digital activism to demand justice. Partnering with iHeart and Jenn, who already knows Daisy’s story, was important to me, because together we can reach even more people, raise awareness and continue to stand against domestic violence,” said Paris Hilton. “Women’s voices too often go unheard and I remain committed to advocating for a world where every woman’s story matters.”
“After I came across the TikToks about Daisy, I couldn’t stop thinking about them. I immediately wanted to know more about who she was, how her community had rallied around her, and what had compelled them to take justice into their own hands,” said Jenn Swann, writer and host of ‘My Friend Daisy.’ “At a time when social media platforms like TikTok have come under fire, this story shows how the app has, in some cases, become a lifeline for friends and families of crime victims — for better or worse. Making this podcast gave me an incredible opportunity to examine this phenomenon from all angles, chronicling Daisy’s personal story and the people directly impacted by it.”
